Muffins in the Mornings!

I would Like to put out a big thanks on behalf of the Micah's Way Staff, and all who received cupcakes in the mornings. Over 300 cupcakes have been served so far due to my mother, Bonnie Bezuska's Baking each week and most of the cake mixes were by co-workers of my father, Larry Bezuska at SCIENTIFIC PHARMACEUTICALS in Pomona. 33 cake mixes were donated within just a few days of my father letting them know about how they can help.
Thank you for your donations:

The outreach program is MiCafé, where 3-5 of us go out on monday, tuesday and thursday mornings and serve coffee and now fresh baked muffins, to people in need, most of which slept out on the concrete the previous night. We provide this service as a way to show people in poverty that though things are tough, there are always people who care about them. The goal is to let them know about the services Micah's Way can provide them, or help connect them with similar agencies which have ways to help which we don't. Most of our donated pastries are a few days old, so providing fresh baked goods has been quite refreshing lately. Many who partake mention that they can tell they are home-made and who doesn't love something freshly baked at home?
